Kavandje win big at the 2021 NUST Secretaries’ Award Ceremony

The NUST Secretaries’ Award ceremony is an initiative by the NUST Secretaries’ Forum aimed at recognising outstanding and exemplary performance in the profession. The ceremony aims  to promote the profession, inspire staff and acknowledge their hard work and dedication, displayed during the year.  The ceremony that took place on 26 November 2021 at the Windhoek Palm Hotel witnessed Ms Kavandje walking away with two awards namely, Best Meetings Administrator and Secretary of the year 2021. She has displayed excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, ambition, commitment, initiative, solution driven, excellent IT skills, cooperative, team player, proactive, excellent writing skills and has a desire to progress. Furthermore, Ms Kavandje’s has demonstrated the ability to work with diverse people and handle difficult situations. She consistently presented herself in a professional manner.

Ms Kavandje is a Secretary in the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) since 2013.
