On Thursday, 01 April 2021, the secretaries forum organising committee presented a plant to Ms Jean Kazimbu on behalf of the secretaries forum in honor of the former colleague, the late Ms Ingrid Mgohagulume. Ms Jean is the daughter of the late Ms Ingrid.
